Chocolate brownie protein balls

Ingredients

  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 150 g dried dates 
  • hot water to cover dates
  • 15 g or 2 tbs happy way chocolate protein powder 
  • 80 g raw almonds

 

  1. Check your dried dates have no pips then cover in hot water & soak for 10 minutes
  2. Pour out hot water & discard. Run filtered or tap water over dates to cool them. Squeeze out as much excess water as possible.
  3. Add all ingredients into the bowl including dates & mix for 10 seconds speed 9. Roll into balls the refrigerate.

    Use within 7 days. 
    Makes about 10 depending on size.
