Chocolate brownie protein balls
Ingredients
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 150 g dried dates
- hot water to cover dates
- 15 g or 2 tbs happy way chocolate protein powder
- 80 g raw almonds
- Check your dried dates have no pips then cover in hot water & soak for 10 minutes
- Pour out hot water & discard. Run filtered or tap water over dates to cool them. Squeeze out as much excess water as possible.
- Add all ingredients into the bowl including dates & mix for 10 seconds speed 9. Roll into balls the refrigerate.
Use within 7 days.
Makes about 10 depending on size.
