Kabana pockets
Ingredients
- 220g water
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 440g bakers flour
- 30g olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large kabana sticks
- grated cheese
- splash of milk
- Add water, sugar & yeast to your bowl & heat for 2 minutes 37 degrees speed 1.
- Add flour, oil, & salt & knead for 2 minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes on a bread mat. Grate your cheese.
- Roll your dough out into a rectangle shape then cut in half.

- Lay kabana down on each rectangle & sprinkle cheese over the top. Carefully roll into a log.
- Lay on a baking sheet & score though the kabana but not the base of the pizza dough. Shape into a circle. repeat with remaining kabana

- Brush tops with milk then add extra cheese (if desired)
- Cook in a pre-heated oven 220 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
