Thai Fish Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 large kaffir lime leaf (or 2 small)
- 500g basa fillets
- 2 tbs red curry paste
- 1 tbs coconut aminos
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 egg
- Add your kaffir lime leaf/leaves to your bowl & blitz for 3 seconds speed 8.
- Add remaining ingredients & blitz on speed 5 until all combined.
- Heat oil (optional) in a non-stick frying pan. Shape patties with wet hands & cook for 3 minutes one side. Flip over & pop your lid on & cook for another 3 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve in your favouite burger bun or in-between lettuce leaves.
