Thai Fish Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 large kaffir lime leaf (or 2 small)
  • 500g basa fillets
  • 2 tbs red curry paste
  • 1 tbs coconut aminos
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 egg

 

  1. Add your kaffir lime leaf/leaves to your bowl & blitz for 3 seconds speed 8.
  2. Add remaining ingredients & blitz on speed 5 until all combined.
  3. Heat oil (optional) in a non-stick frying pan. Shape patties with wet hands & cook for 3 minutes one side. Flip over & pop your lid on & cook for another 3 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Serve in your favouite burger bun or in-between lettuce leaves.
