Vegan Clusters
Ingredients
- 100g pepita seeds
- 100g sunflower seeds
- 60g coconut chips
- 70g rice bran syrup
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- Pre-heat oven 150 degrees. Grease a 24 mini muffin tin with spray oil.
- Add seeds & coconut into your bowl & turbo twice at 0.5 seconds. Set aside.
- Add syrup, vanilla & salt into your bowl & cook on Varoma tempurature for 5 minutes speed 1.
- Add seeds & coconut back into your bowl mixing on reverse for 10 seconds speed 2 or until evenly coated.
- Scoop heaped teaspoons into the greased tray, filling each to the top. You can press them down a bit if you want (this will make slightly less clusters)
- Cook for 15 minutes in oven. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before taking out of tins to cool completely.
