Vegan Clusters

Ingredients

  • 100g pepita seeds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 60g coconut chips
  • 70g rice bran syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

 

  1. Pre-heat oven 150 degrees. Grease a 24 mini muffin tin with spray oil.
  2. Add seeds & coconut into your bowl & turbo twice at 0.5 seconds. Set aside.
  3. Add syrup, vanilla & salt into your bowl & cook on Varoma tempurature for 5 minutes speed 1.
  4. Add seeds & coconut back into your bowl mixing on reverse for 10 seconds speed 2 or until evenly coated.  
  5. Scoop heaped teaspoons into the greased tray, filling each to the top. You can press them down a bit if you want (this will make slightly less clusters)
  6. Cook for 15 minutes in oven. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before taking out of tins to cool completely.
