Vegetable slice
Ingredients
- 1 onion, halved
- 2 zucchinis, roughly chopped
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped (dont peel)
- 1 cob of corn cut off the cob OR 100g corn (can be frozen)
- 160g flour (I've used gluten free, potato, tapioca or plain)
- 4 eggs
- 1 heaped tsp vegetable stock
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 rashers bacon, roughly chopped
- Handful of baby spinach
- Optional sprinkle of nutritional yeast
- Preheat oven 190 degrees fanforced.
- Add onion, zucchini, carrot & bacon to your bowl & chop for 3 seconds speed 5, scrap down bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients into TM bow & mix on reverse for 20 seconds speed 4.5.

- Poor into a lamington sized tin lined with baking paper & sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
- Bake for 45mins to 1 hour depending on your oven.
- Cut into pieces. Enjoy hot or cold.
