Tri-colour salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds (can be substituted for seeds for nut free)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbs sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbs poppy seeds
- 3 tbs honey
- 50 g olive oil
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- Add sesame & poppy seeds to your themomix & cook for 10 minutes varoma temperature MC off.
- While this is toasting add baby spinach, almonds & cranberries to a serving bowl.
- When the sesame seeds have finished add honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar & white wine vinegar. Mix for 5 seconds speed 4. Pour over desired amount of dressing & toss to coat.
