Tri-colour salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds (can be substituted for seeds for nut free)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tbs poppy seeds
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs white wine vinegar

 

  1. Add sesame & poppy seeds to your themomix & cook for 10 minutes varoma temperature MC off.
  2. While this is toasting add baby spinach, almonds & cranberries to a serving bowl.
  3. When the sesame seeds have finished add honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar & white wine vinegar. Mix for 5 seconds speed 4. Pour over desired amount of dressing & toss to coat.
