Jam filled doughnuts/muffins
Ingredients
- 230g white sugar
- pinch salt
- 240g plain flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 25g almond butter
- 210g water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar or extract
- 60g grapseed oil
- favouite jam ( I used mulberry jam)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon extra
- 1 tsp coconut oil
