Dairy-Free Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 75g coconut sugar
  • 40g coconut oil
  • 55g honey
  • 3 cups popped popcorn
     
  1. Put all ingredients into your Thermomix bowl & cook for 10 minutes varoma temperature speed 2.
  2. Once the timer goes off, pour over the popped popcorn. Pour onto some baking paper to cool. Then enjoy. 

 

Please note TM31 customers that Varoma on the TM5 is hotter. So please cook for a longer time.

Gluten Free Flour Blend

Ingredients

  • 65g long grain rice
  • 65g basmati rice
  • 70g brown rice
  • 55g coconut milk powder
  • 70g corn flour
  • 60g tapioca flour
  • 15g potato flour
  • 10g xanthum gum

 

  1. Add rices to your thermomix bowl. Put a piece of paper town over your bowl then put your lid on. Set timer for 2 minutes & turn onto speed 9. 
  2. Add remaining flours & xanthum gum & process for 30 seconds speed 5.

This recipe makes 410g gluten free flour. 

Fruit Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 40g dried apricots (I use home dried apricots)
  • 45g dried cranberries (I use organic)
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 50g pepita seeds
  • 60g dates (organic)
  • 25g almonds (can just add more seeds if you want nut free)
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 55g sultanas (organic)
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds (I use organic)

 

  1. Add all ingredients & mix for 1 minutes speed 9. 
  2. Roll into balls 1 tablespoon balls & enjoy.

 

Keep refrigerated & consume within 3 days

Yum Yum Balls

Ingredients:

 

  • 140g dry roasted almonds
  • 150g medjool dates
  • 2 Tbs nut butter ( almond is great)
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

 

  1. Place almonds into bowl, blitz for 3 seconds speed 9.
  2. Add remaining ingredients & blitz for 20 seconds speed 9.
  3. Roll into balls & refrigerate.
