Fruit Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 40g dried apricots (I use home dried apricots)
  • 45g dried cranberries (I use organic)
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 50g pepita seeds
  • 60g dates (organic)
  • 25g almonds (can just add more seeds if you want nut free)
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 55g sultanas (organic)
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds (I use organic)

 

  1. Add all ingredients & mix for 1 minutes speed 9. 
  2. Roll into balls 1 tablespoon balls & enjoy.

 

Keep refrigerated & consume within 3 days

Nut Butter

Ingredients

 

  • 400g nuts or choice ( I love making peanut butter or almond butter) If you roast your nuts add extra oil
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 40-60g macadamia oil depending on consistensy

 

  1. Add nuts to TM bowl & process for 30 seconds speed 9.
  2. Add remaining ingredients & mix on speed 5 for 20 seconds or until desired texture.

Baking powder

Ingredients:

 

  • 1000g brown or white rice
  • 100g bicarbonate of soda
  • 200g cream of tartar

 

  1. Add brown rice to TM bowl place 1 sheet of paper towel over the bowl then place lid on top. This stops hte rice flour sticking to the lid of your machine. Blitz for 1 minute speed 9.
  2. add remaining ingredients and mix 10 seconds speed 5.
  3. Store in an airtight container (I use a jar).

Raw (Nut Free) Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 150g desicated coconut
  • pinch salt
  • 250g medjool dates
  • 220g coconut cream
  • 70coconut oil
  • pinch salt

 

  1. Add coconut , 125g medjool dates & a pinch of salt to bowl. Blitz 1 minute, speed 9.
  2. Press into a lined springform tin. Don't worry about cleaning the bowl.
  3. Add coconut cream, 125g medjool dates coconut oil & pinch of salt. Mix speed 8 for 30 seconds.
  4. Poor on top of base & refrigerate/freeze. 

 

Yum Yum Balls

Ingredients:

 

  • 140g dry roasted almonds
  • 150g medjool dates
  • 2 Tbs nut butter ( almond is great)
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

 

  1. Place almonds into bowl, blitz for 3 seconds speed 9.
  2. Add remaining ingredients & blitz for 20 seconds speed 9.
  3. Roll into balls & refrigerate.
